Irina Sheik (sometimes credited as Irina Shayk, born Irina Shaykhlislamova on January 6, 1986 in Yemanzhelinsk, Russia), is a fashion model who has appeared on the covers of such magazines as Annabelle (Germany, May 2005), Jalouse (Greece, February 2006) and Bolero (Switzerland, June 2005).

Sheik appeared in the 2007 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue as one of the 2007 Rookies and also makes appearances in the 2008 and 2009 editions. She was proclaimed married to an Arabian model, Talal.
Sheik is the face of the world wide campaigns of Intimissimi (2007, 2008, and 2009) and Guess (2008).

Career:
Sheik was discovered on a train in 2004, then signed with her first agency, Traffic Models, shortly afterwards. She appeared on her first magazine cover in May of 2005, gracing the cover of Annabelle in Germany. The following month Sheik appeared on the cover of Bolero in Switzerland, then on the cover of Jalouse in Greece in February of 2006. More recently, Sheik has modeled for Intimissimi and Guess.
